Flyeast Nepal is a Kathmandu-based travel and tour company. In Nepal, we provide a variety of trekking, expedition, and tour packages. We offer transportation, lodging, permits, porters, and trekking guides. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 

We collect two primary types of information: personal information (as defined in this policy) and anonymous information (as defined in this policy). Your first and last name, country of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, passport number, etc.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION BY FLYEAST NEPAL

 

The member of Flyeast Nepal that is in charge of your information (the “data controller”) is in charge of it and can use it for the things listed in this policy. Other members of Flyeast Nepal may have access to your information if they need to do work for the data controllers (as data processors) or if they want to use it for their own purposes (as data controllers), as long as it’s not against the law. In accordance with the law and any choices and limits you may have, we may use information we get from you or from devices you use to:

Give you the events, products, and services that you ask for, look at, use, or buy;

Talk to you about your account or transactions with us, send you information or ask for your comments about changes to our sites and apps or new features,

Send you ads and offers for our goods and services;

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHER ENTITIES

 

We won’t give your personal information to anyone outside of Flyeast Nepal unless certain things happen, such as:

When you give us permission to share your personal information with another company, by choosing to share your personal information with carefully chosen companies so they can send you offers and promotions about their goods and services;

When you tell us to share your personal information with another company to fulfill your request, such as: When you book travel packages with us that include goods or services from third-party partners, such as airlines, ground transportation providers, third-party hotels, and travel insurance providers; and

When you book a table at a diner run by someone other than us through us.

When you tell us to share your personal information with third-party sites or services, like social networking sites.

Please keep in mind that once we give your personal information to another company in the situations listed above, the other company owns the information and is responsible for keeping it private.

When we work with financial institutions to offer you co-branded products or services, we will only do so if the law allows us to. In these cases, the financial institutions can’t use your personal information for anything other than the co-branded products or services.
